Hall Rental Rates

  • Hourly Rate: $70 / hour (*$30 / hour)

  • Daily Rate: $950 / day (*$400 / day

  • Weekend Set Up / Take Down Option: $475 (*$200)

    • Access the hall on Friday starting at noon to set up

    • Access the hall on Sunday until noon to take down and clean up

  • Kitchen Only Rental: $48 / hour (*$20 / hour)

    • For use of the kitchen, but not the hall

  • Damage Deposit:

    • $200 for events with fewer than 40 guests and no alcohol or kitchen use

    • $800 for any event with alcohol, kitchen use, or greater than 40 guests

The Fine Print:

  • Damage Deposit is due upon booking and rental fee is due 4 weeks prior to event date

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • 50% of the damage deposit is charged for cancellation within 120 days of the event

    • 100% of the damage deposit is charged for cancellation within 2 weeks of the event

  • Standard hourly and daily rates provide access to all rooms & kitchen for duration of event 

  • Hourly rentals on weekends cannot be booked more than 60 days in advance

  • Rental rates are reviewed yearly and are subject to change without notice

  • Applicable rates will apply at the time the rental agreement is signed

  • The hall can be booked up to one year in advance

  • Member rates are for membership holders who have held membership for the 2 prior years
