Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Hall Cleaning & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the cleanliness, upkeep, and general maintenance of our community hall and surrounding property. This position is responsible for regular cleaning duties, facility inspections, minor repairs, water system monitoring, grounds maintenance, event support, and ensuring the hall remains safe, welcoming, and ready for renters and community activities.
The successful candidate will work independently, manage routine maintenance
schedules, coordinate supplies, and provide support before and after hall rentals,
weddings, and special events. The successful candidate should be flexible- hours vary week to week depending on hall rentals and events.

under a mandate specified in the By-Laws filed with Service Alberta Registries.

"It is our mission to encourage, enrich and enhance the social, physical and cultural programs in our rural community,
while recognizing and honouring its' unique qualities and history."
