Hall Rentals

Priddis Community Hall

The Priddis Community Hall is nestled in the heart of the Hamlet of Priddis next to beautiful Fish Creek. It can accommodate up to 175 people. Facilities include two halls which can be separated by folding doors. One hall is approx. 25’ x 49’ and other is approx. 32’6” by 48’ with a bar area. The hall is equipped with full commercial kitchen and an AED (Automated external defibrillator) is located on site. The hall is a great venue for weddings, birthdays, memorials and other family or business events.

Our community hall was renovated in 2012 with new commercial kitchen appliances, counter-tops and floors. The interior and exterior were painted, the hardwood floors were refinished and the bathrooms received new counter-tops. The parking lot was recently paved as well.

 

An outdoor community skating rink and fenced in playground are located on the premises. The historical St. James Anglican Church is situated across the road from the Hall. The Priddis strip mall is very close and has a gas station/general store, retail outlets and a café/pub/restaurant.

Rental Rates

  • Hourly Rate: $90 / hour (*$50 / hour)

  • Daily Rate: $995 / day (*$445 / day)

  • Weekend Set Up / Take Down Option: $525 (*$250)

  • Access the hall on Friday starting at noon to set up

  • Access the hall on Sunday until noon to take down and clean up

  • Kitchen Only Rental: $60 / hour (*$30 / hour)

  • Damage Deposit:

    • $200 for events with fewer than 40 guests and no alcohol or kitchen use

    • $800 for any event with alcohol, kitchen use, or greater than 40 guests

* Priddis Community Association member rates shown in blue. You must be a member for 2+ years to receive the discounted rate.

The Fine Print:
 

  • Set up and take down time must be added to your rental. Please factor this in when you are making a rental request.

  • Damage Deposit is due upon booking and rental fee is due 4 weeks prior to event date

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • 50% of the damage deposit is charged for cancellation within 120 days of the event

    • 100% of the damage deposit is charged for cancellation within 2 weeks of the event

  • Standard hourly and daily rates provide access to all rooms & kitchen for duration of event 

  • Hourly rentals on weekends cannot be booked more than 60 days in advance

  • Rental rates are reviewed yearly and are subject to change without notice

  • Applicable rates will apply at the time the rental agreement is signed

  • The hall can be booked up to one year in advance

  • Member rates are for membership holders who have held membership for the 2 prior years. No exceptions.
