Hall Rental FAQs
Can we camp outside the Hall or in the parking lot?
No. Camping is not permitted on any PCA property.
Does the hall provide a sound system and projector / screen?
No, not at this time. This is something we are hoping to provide in the future.
How many people can the Community Hall accommodate?
We have seating, tables and amenities to accommodate up to 175 people.
I live in the community. Can I get the discounted rental rate for members?
Discounted member rates only apply to those who have a current PCA membership for the last 2 consecutive years.
I'm part of a registered charitable organization. Can I get discounted rental rates?
Yes! Registered charities and non-profit organizations can get discounted rates.
Is Cannabis permitted?
No. Foothills County Bylaws do not allow the use of Cannabis products within the Hamlet.
Is Smoking permitted at the Hall?
Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and we ask that butts be disposed of carefully in the containers provided.
