Jesus' love has flowed freely through this wee Church and out into the Priddis Community for over 114 years!  The Church was built on land donated by Mr. Charles Priddis.  From Pioneer times to present day, St. James has welcomed hundreds of families -sharing their sacred life events ...Weddings, Baptisms and Funerals over the decades. Two World Wars as well!  

From members arriving for Worship by horse team and buggy to present day, St. James embraced generations of devoted members and visitors.  The hamlet of Priddis grew up around this pioneer Church. For over a century, the little flock of St. James remains the heart of the community.

We offer help and hope to those struggling with substance addiction through a proven faith-based program.  Life-long sobriety is the ultimate goal for our program, with personal wholeness, and family and community restoration.

Water’s Edge Pub is a popular stop for a pint and a bite. The pub features 8 draft taps (all Alberta craft beers), local beers and spirits in bottles. Specializing in home cooked meals, we do use local products as much as possible. Known for their fantastic pizza, Water’s Edge Pub also offers patio seating and a western (or holiday) themed interior. We also offer take-out.
