March Update

Hello Priddis!

We want to begin our March community update with a few thank-yous, congratulations and introductions.

First, a massive thank you goes out to our outgoing President, Casey Haxton. Over the last 3 years Casey has worked tirelessly on behalf of our community in the role of President. Her work has had a positive impact in all aspects of the community and we are truly grateful to her for all she has done. She is leaving the PCA in a wonderful place to move forward with many exciting initiatives.

Next, we would like to congratulate Suzanne Oel on being awarded a Lifetime Membership to the PCA. Suzanne is a long time resident and tireless volunteer in our community. She has been a constant for the PCA through the years and is always there to support our community initiatives. We are lucky to have Suzanne in our community and congratulate her on this honour.

Lastly, we would like to take the time to welcome our newest board members- Melodie Lalonde (President), Patricia Feuchter (Vice President) and Susan Penner (Treasurer). We are looking forward to working with these new members and appreciate them stepping up to fill these important executive positions on the Community Board.

Priddis Hall:

The Priddis Hall continues to be a popular place with something happening almost every day of the week. Our summer weekends are also filling up fast with weddings and other events.

If you are planning a special event and are considering booking the hall, it is best to do so as soon as possible. Booking the hall gives you access to the entire space, including the commercial kitchen. It is outfitted with everything necessary to cater a meal, chairs and tables, full bar set up and wifi.

Did you know that those who have held a PCA Membership for 2+ consecutive years receive a substantial discount on their rental?

All rates and a request to book can be found on our website:

Do you have an idea for a program or event? We are always looking for innovative new ideas to bring to our community and wonderful people to help execute them. You can reach out to our Executive Director at any time with your suggestions or ideas. Priddisalberta@gmail.com
