Pickleball- We will keep the indoor court open on Sundays and Thursdays for the month of April. You can reserve your spot through the link below. We have some extra paddles at the hall if you want to try out this popular game but do not have your own equipment. Please remember that you must be a PCA member to use the pickleball facilities. Memberships can be purchased through our website. As the court is very popular, we ask that you cancel your reservation if you can’t make it.

Art Class- Due to the popularity, Young Rembrandts will be offering another after school art class for children aged 6-12. The class happens Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm at the hall and this next session will run from April 24-May 29. Register here:

Parented Playgroup- Join us in the preschool room for a parented playgroup on April 14 from 10-11am. This is for parents and children aged 6 and under. Enjoy a coffee or juice box and conversation while the kids play. No registration necessary.

Community Garage Sale- Mark your calendars for this popular event!

Friday May 3- Drop off of donations at the hall from 11-7pm

Saturday May 4- Garage sale from 9am-1pm

Proceeds from the sale will help the PCA continue to upkeep our facilities and provide programs and events for our community. While we appreciate your donations, we can’t accept mattresses, box springs, reader’s digest/encyclopedias or electronics more than 3 years old as they do not sell.

This event requires many volunteers in order to be successful so please consider signing up for a shift here:

Stampede Breakfast- Save the date for Sunday July 7 as our largest annual event will be back again this year. Stay tuned for more details and volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in providing a donation or sponsorship for this year’s breakfast, please reach out to our Executive Director at priddisalberta@gmail.com

Hello Priddis!

We want to begin our March community update with a few thank-yous, congratulations and introductions.

First, a massive thank you goes out to our outgoing President, Casey Haxton. Over the last 3 years Casey has worked tirelessly on behalf of our community in the role of President. Her work has had a positive impact in all aspects of the community and we are truly grateful to her for all she has done. She is leaving the PCA in a wonderful place to move forward with many exciting initiatives.

Next, we would like to congratulate Suzanne Oel on being awarded a Lifetime Membership to the PCA. Suzanne is a long time resident and tireless volunteer in our community. She has been a constant for the PCA through the years and is always there to support our community initiatives. We are lucky to have Suzanne in our community and congratulate her on this honour.

Lastly, we would like to take the time to welcome our newest board members- Melodie Lalonde (President), Patricia Feuchter (Vice President) and Susan Penner (Treasurer). We are looking forward to working with these new members and appreciate them stepping up to fill these important executive positions on the Community Board.

If you are planning a special event and are considering booking the hall, it is best to do so as soon as possible. Booking the hall gives you access to the entire space, including the commercial kitchen. It is outfitted with everything necessary to cater a meal, chairs and tables, full bar set up and wifi.

Did you know that those who have held a PCA Membership for 2+ consecutive years receive a substantial discount on their rental?
